Palo Alto Medical Foundation
In August 2009, PAMF collaborated with SCFHF by supporting the Healthy Kids program. With PAMF’s generous contribution of $600,000, 600 children in Santa Clara County were provided with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage. Thank you PAMF for your generous support!
The Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) is a not-for-profit health care organization serving as a pioneer in the multi-specialty group of medicine. PAMF’s 1,000 affiliated physicians and 4,000 employees serve more than 660,000 patients at its medical enters and clinics in Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz counties. PAMF is part of the Peninsula-Coastal Region of Sutter Health, one of the nation’s leading not-for-profit networks of community-based health care providers.
PAMF builds its commitment as a community health resource, leading the way in patient care, biomedical research, and education. It is the national leader in using state-of-the-art technology, including electronic health records to provide patients with the highest quality care possible. It provides a variety of medical services, including Family Medicine, Pediatric Urgent Care, Neurology, and Physical Therapy.
PAMF prides itself on being more than a health care provider. It is committed to enhance community well-being with partnerships throughout the county. With hundreds of hours of community service and millions of dollars devoted to keeping people healthy, PAMF provides a spectrum of services that communities need but are seldom profitable – such as medical research, care for the chronically ill, and services for the low-income and uninsured.
